Editing Copy

  1. From the log in screen click Article Manager
  2. Click the page you want to update the copy on
  3. Once done editing the copy Click the Save & Close button in the top right

Adding a new page/Sub-nav

  1. From the log in screen click Article Manager
  2. In the upper right click New
  3. Fill in the the title of the page
  4. Choose a Category this page will go, if it is a new section pick Uncategorised
  5. Add in the copy you want in the Article Text Section
  6. *Important* when adding text from Microsoft word make sure you hit the paste from word button at the bottom of the editor
  7. Once done editing the copy Click the Save & Close button in the top right
  8. To view a new page you must add a menu to see it.
  9. Click on Menu -> Menu Manager
  10. Click on Main Menu
  11. In the upper right Click New
  12. Click Select in the Menu Item Type area and choose Single Article
  13. On the Right side of the screen the menu changed and you will see in the Required Settings a field to Select Article
  14. Choose your new article you made
  15. Back on the Left side fill in the Menu Title 
  16. Choose a Parent Item where this Menu will live under
  17. Once done click Save & Close 

Deleting a page

  1. From the log in screen click Article Manager
  2. Select the check box beside the article you want to delete
  3. Then click Trash in the top right
  4. If you wish to keep page but do not want to delete it you can click Unpublish

Adding to the News section

  1. From the log in screen click Article Manager
  2. In the upper right click New
  3. Fill in the the title of the page
  4. Choose a News in the Category section
  5. Add in the copy you want in the Article Text Section
  6. *Important* when adding text from Microsoft word make sure you hit the paste from word button at the bottom of the editor
  7. *Important* after the first paragraph before the first word of the second; once your cursor is there click Page Break on the bottom of the editor
  8. Once done editing the copy Click the Save & Close button in the top right

Updating the slideshow & copy

  1. From the log in screen click Module Manager
  2. Choose what part of the slide you want to edit, picture or text
  3. When updating a picture
  4. Click on the picture in the editor and click on the Image button at the bottom of the editor
  5. Upload your file
  6. Once done uploading Click the Save & Close button in the top right
  7. When updating the copy
  8. Just edit the copy like any other article 
  9. Once done editing the copy Click the Save & Close button in the top right

Updating Footer copy

  1. From the log in screen click Module Manager
  2. Choose what part of the footer you want to edit
  3. Just edit the copy like any other article 
  4. Once done editing the copy Click the Save & Close button in the top right
