Your paid subscription is vitally important in helping Cranberry Township EMS keep up with the ever increasing costs of buying ambulances, sophisticated life saving medical equipment and training for our dedicated personnel.

Keep in mind that Cranberry Township EMS is not affiliated with the fire department and we do not receive any direct tax subsidies from the municipalities we serve.

Your paid subscription can also save you money as it takes the place of any co-payments and deductibles that your insurance company may require you to pay!

Subscription Types

Family ($60.00) - Covers all permanent residents of your home.
Individual ($45.00) - Covers ONLY the individual who completes the form.
Senior Citizen ($40.00) - Covers an individual or husband and wife who reside at the same address and are both at least 62 years of age.
