In the fifty-plus years of service, Cranberry Township Emergency Medical Services has emerged as a full-time, independent, professionally staffed nonprofit organization financed by a combination of insurance, direct patient billing, and charitable donations. CTEMS provides emergency medical care and transport to the communities of Cranberry Township, Seven Fields, and parts of New Sewickley.

Here to "answer the call" 24 hours a day 365 days of the year.

We are ever-ready to respond to emergency 911 calls, disasters, weapons of mass destruction attacks, and any other emergency endangering human life, but to meet our mission to preserve life and promote health and safety in our community; we offer many other services.

    Executive Director Cranberry Township EMS

    Cranberry Township Pennsylvania 

     

    Cranberry Township Emergency Medical Service is accepting applications for the position of Chief and Executive Director. CTEMS serves the population of Southwestern Butler County, along with neighboring municipalities, and responds to approximately 4000 emergency and transport requests per year. The service is staffed by a combination of paid full-time, paid part-time, and volunteer providers. This position reports to the Board of Directors and is responsible for the administrative and operational work in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the organization through a combination of Deputy Director/Crew Chiefs and administrative personnel.

    The successful candidate will have extensive field experience at the ALS level. Additionally, the candidate should have documented experience in a supervisory role. A Bachelor's degree and/or advanced degree is preferred. Interested parties should send

    Cranberry Township PA 9/15/2020 It is with great pride and humility that Cranberry Township EMS (CTEMS) is announcing that we have been named the “2020 Pennsylvania EMS Agency of the Year” in the Small Volume Division (<5000 calls)” by the Pennsylvania Department of Health, Bureau of EMS and the Pennsylvania Emergency Health Services Council. This award is a direct reflection of our dedicated personnel who work tirelessly day in and day out to provide the best prehospital emergency medical care possible and CTEMS’ commitment to helping keep our communities safe.
